phew!!! out of all the mosaics i have written and drawn, this one was the most exciting and worrying for me to wait for it to be shown. not being one for poems, i was worried about everybody's reaction- especially since its showing a fathers death on fathers day which i was concerned many would hate.
glad this didnt turn into a disaster.
happy fathers day everyone. here's to the toughest yet most rewarding job there is

It came out beyond excellent Simon, I rememebr reading the script for this one. Congrats to Sarah too, coloring is great specially the first two panels with all those silhouttes, shadows and lights.

glad the mosaic still has the desired effect. last one im gonna be doing for a while- broke my stupid wrist the other day and its too screwed up to draw. shame, had a cool alien/transformers halloween crossover mosaic idea.imagine an alien crossbred with grimlock after a facehugger attack on his pretender shell...

was sleepy at work as i was pulling a heavy cage and so didnt notice the huge piller jump out at me and slam against my wrist and cage. evil pillar...
at least i can still ink if not draw. has given me the chance to finish inking those kinky looking resident evil girls now on my da page

Losing a loved one is never easy, no matter how many time you go through it, it alwasy feels like a part of you died with them.

The work that Transformers Mosaic publishes is truly amazing. Whether we get an excellent story, artwork or homages, the quality of work is unquestionably a great true tribute to the Transformers mythology, as well as to its fans. This mosaic exemplified that highest of qualities. I applaud the whole group of creative artists who produced this masterpiece.

Having lost my own father...
This touches me very close to home.
It is very difficult...
Wondering what could have been. Wondering about missed moments. About how he would react to things.
I can't even listen to taps [he was in the military] anymore without crying.
For those of you who still have your fathers: He may not be the best father, but he brought you into this world. He could have asked your mother to abort you or done something much more horrible. Or been someone much more horrible. In short, he didn't have to be your father. He didn't have to do all those things that helped mold you into the person you are, but he did anyway.
