I got banned from reporting because I reported to many art thieves and other such violations of the rulesWow. So much attention lately! Thanks everyone!

Personally, I warn them, If they act like a snot, I report them and watch them until they either deactivate or stand up right.
13 is of an age where they shouldn't need baby sitters but most of them still do.

I really don't get how can people can put stamps, animated .gif and motivator on the same level as art theft, it doesn't make a-n-y fuckin sense

Actually, if uploaded to the fanart category they are automatically set so they can't be prints, so when someone uploads it to the wrong category I do in fact report it.
The vast majority of motivators are completely unedited screenshots.
1. How is that artistic anyways?
2. It's blatant theft.
Why is it different from stealing from someone famous than stealing from say you or me? It's honestly also protecting the site. Disney has even sued schools before for using their characters(while making no money from it).
Deviantart depends on the users to point these things out, if people stop, it will get out of hand. When that happens Deviantart can(and states in their own FAQ) that they will reveal all information they have on a deviant in order for the courts to find them and fine them/take them to court. Too many of these and deviantart will get taken down.
Now, is it better for everyone to obey the law and dA's TOS/rules, or for multiple people to be sued when they could have been warned?
Why do I care? I care because I care about the individuals who DON'T see their art getting stolen. I don't want to see mine, yours, or anyone else's art getting stolen and claimed by another deviant.

...are you illiterate? Using an image off Google at all in your work on dA is against the ToS. People who report art theft aren't drama queens. They want to uphold the rules and keep art theft off an art site.

Mm, I am worried a bit. I do report a lot, usually obvious screenshots of anime, or tv shows, without a link sometimes. But, it's very obvious, it is a screenshot and everything, and mostly in demote poster form. And recolors of copyright images, also.
