I got banned from reporting because I reported to many art thieves and other such violations of the rulesWow. So much attention lately! Thanks everyone!

If people are rarely actually banned forever, then why does it clearly say that it is a permanent ban? -pokes the screenshot- Wouldn't it just be easier to just say that they've been banned, and then if they really care, find out for themselves whether it will last forever or if they will be able to regain the ability to Report again? Some people may see permanently banned and then feel helpless in the situation, so they won't try and find out if they can fix it or not.

Eh, yeah, I could have phrased that better. What I meant was that I was observing what you said from how it could be easily misconstrued; I used a personal pronoun simply because I want to be clear that it's just my opinion, although I also believe that others could easily take what you said in the same light.

So let me get this straight if i am not an english person that doesn't understand very well the way how to report corectley i get banned due i payed a lot for my premium membership and for the DA merchendise?!..all because i didin't knew in wich category to place the report?!Because i didin't understood corectley where to place the report?!
Oh and one more thing i've reported in the corect category ~xuan2046 's art that it's CLEARLEY against DA rules...and well it's still there...when you are going to take measures?!

So, if anyone would like to have that option reactivacted, may they ask for that? If so, to which admin exactly?
The first time I asked this to the HelpDesk (it's been about two years ago) they answered me with something on the line: "Once banned permanently, you cannot be unbanned."

You can contact the help desk and ask for more information. I can't speak about issues that took place 2 years ago, sorry -- just try to have faith in things now

I just clarified that the ban had happened to me that long ago because I only wanted to make clear that I've not been talking about a recent thing.
Anyway, I'll try to contact them, then. I've noticed that some things have changed on this site along these years (also in the Policy), so perhaps something may have changed in this way as well.

I kind of wonder if there's a set limit on the number of unresolved reports a member can have before they get banned from reporting (probably to prevent spamming). It would be easy to have a ton of unread reports, since it usually takes so long for them to be addressed (the last time I really reported was like a year ago, and still no response on those LOL).
It would be nice to get an admins take on this, though. I'd imagine this sort of thing would make people more reluctant to report violations.

I'm actually in the process of talking with one of their 'Senor Members' now, and he seems to refuse any possibility other than I'm an idiot who doesn't know what I've filed during my time here on dA.
He's done such intelligence-insulting things to me before, but doesn't recognize that such things could be insulting to me - I'm standing here telling him that the site is going down hill and he, instead of listening to me, is telling me I'm an idiot who can't remember what I've done.

This is why I hate DA, and stopped uploading my stuff here and everything a long time ago.
DA sucks, it's all either dumb ass myspace profile pics of emo and scene freaks, and the vast ocean of all the shitty anime drawings.
Real art doesn't exist in the world of DA, only crap does. Only in DA can a screen shot of crap like Hello Kitty get like thousands of comments while a pretty damn good painting or photograph only gets like 3 faves and 15 views, and no comments.
Thats why I just switched to my Facebook for everything, at least there people see your art and actually appreciate it... okay rant is now over lol
