You can copy it from another Pixel ID or make it on your own with a graphic program.
There is also an initial sketch somewhere here on deviantART to start from, but i don't remember who did it. :/

You have to put it into C:\Windows\Fonts\ (if your windows is installed into the hard disk c). If you're using a Mac just double click on the font and select Install.

There is no standard size for the Pixel Chararacter, just do it as you like. The portrait should be 230x400 with borders.
