That is a logic of the cartoons that obviously is totally absurd. The most realistic case of what can happen to someone eats too much is that they end up vomiting everything in their stomach, but as many television channels consider that vomiting is too disgusting to be seen by children, for them it has more I sense that instead of children seeing something real and disgusting by something unreal and very grotesque, as if the children are not traumatized by seeing someone explode into a thousand pieces as if they were swallowing a grenade.

In all honesty, I had the Monty Python scene in my head when this came on, and I cracked up laughing because of how humorously dark it was. This had to be a nod or tribute to the movie, especially when the music vaguely sounded similar. XD

Come to think of it, I think there was this one scene in an episode, where it looks like a Doctor is eating his patient alive, and there's blood all over his face.
