Also note that I do use a tablet, the same look won't be achieved with a mouse
Oh another good reason to have a big canvas is it's easier to fill in your base colors afterwards, you can just paint bucket it =7=
I had a few people ask how I lineart and well..I'm not really sure how to explain/teach it besides telling you my settings and I guess my canvas size and what not to do hahaha. So here's how I basically lineart, not how you should lineart but how I lineart..ahaha
Hope whoever finds it useful, feel free to ask questions because this is full of holes and mistakes somewhere I'm sure :'D

no te preocupes, ya le hice to pregunta en ingles y me respondio, y aqui esta la respuesta:
"es probable que los ajustes de tu pen/brush esten mal, y que los tienes que ajustar como los de ella. y si tiene esos ajustes es que sai/ordenador no estan cogiendo la sensibilidad de la tableta (si aprietas mas fuerte te sale una linea mas oscura y mas definida, si aprietas menos, es mas suave).
haz click en brush y ve uno por uno cambiando todas las barras que te aparecen debajo por las que pone *zearyu en lo primero de todo."

Gracias por responder, pero hice los cambios y no logro tener esas terminaciones en el trazo, cosa que tambiΓ©n me pasa en photoshop, aunque no en MangaStudio... capaz el problema sea de la tableta, pero quΓ© hago? D:

pues la verdad es que si has cambiando todo eso y te sigue dando ese problema pues... deberias de consultar el manual del aparato, y si ahi no encuentras la solucion, pregunta a gente en internet o consulta un profesional.

It should be right beside the option to view your canvas flipped. On my sai it's the last one and says stabilizer though on other versions it might be different!

are you using the trail version of sai ? ? im using the trail for mac *is a mac user * and its running out of time ;A;

no I'm not using a trial version or else it would run out looong before haha. And as far as I know there's no version for the mac version but if it works for you great and to fix your trial head on over to their site by googling paint tool sai and buy yourself a full version for I think 60usd 8]

whatever looks good to you xD I tend to resize images down to 25%, 30%, 35%, or 50% of original size most of the time depending what size I started out with

Is this tablet only? Because all I have is a mouse, and my lines don't taper at the end like yours even though I duplicated the settings you showed.

Well, when I get a tablet, that shouldn't be a problem any more.
'Till then, I can just use curves on a linework layer and directly control the line width.

I'm not really sure what it effects, I just know it makes your lines smoother/neater the higher you set it xD but there is only one stabilizer, atleast mine only has one

There are 3 stabilizer
The one on top of the canvas
and Two when you double - click on the Brush

Oh I guess you use those if you want specific settings for each brush but other than that if you want all your brushs to have the same stabilizer settings and things just set the top one, I've never bothered to set the brushs individually and is too much of a hassle imo xD
