I use RoseArt too.
They are waxy but you can get the job done.

But for Crayola you cant layer the colors on top of each other as good as RoseArt.

using crayola is hard to blend with. unlike the roseart brand.

I agree totally. I can't really afford to get prismacolor, so I stick with Roseart. I tried Crayola at first, but it WAS very hard to blend, unlike Roseart. Nice tutorial!

Well now I don't use RoseArt that much anymore. I made the switch to Crayola and Prismacolors to go for the final layers of color.

Thats what I did with my Grinch/ hehe
