Between September 6, 2022 and September 16, 2022 I had a poll to determine the outcome of the duel.

Neither Bill nor Ryan were satisfied with their previous duel that ended in a draw. They wanted a clear cut winner. Both of them agreed the draw was mainly due to all the restrictions they had placed on themselves. If they wanted a winner, they would have to use more powerful feminization magic.
Bill and Ryan planned their rematch for the first day of summer vacation. In the meantime, the continued to study feminization magic more than they did for any other their classes. Good grades would only get them so far but winning the duel could leave them set for life.
The friends and rivals still felt some things were more important than winning the duel so they made a rule that no harmful spells could be used. Spells causing obedience or submissiveness were not considered harmful as long as they were not ordered to do things that would harm themselves or others. No time limit would be placed on the spells. They would just keep going until someone surrendered.
Bill and Ryan passed all of their classes. They were ready for their final year, more ready for summer vacation, and even more ready for their duel which would be at noon the next day. Both of them had a specific strategy. Bill would increase Ryan's desire to be a girl while Ryan would increase Bill's obedience. With plenty of knowledge related to their secret strategy, both of them felt they had the upper hand.
Shortly before noon, both of them approached the dueling circle they had set up ahead of time. First person to leave the circle would be the loser. Neither of them had told anyone else about their duel so their was no audience to distract them, just the local wildlife that happened to be in the area.
A timer was placed in the center of the circle ticking down the seconds before their duel began. Bill and Ryan made a few last minute preparations and then stepped into the circle. The buzzer went off. Both of them immediately cast defensive spells on themselves. The result once again left them evenly matched.
