Another one from my campaign prep, this time for a post-apocalyptic Tacoma, Washington.

My concept for this was a slaver settlement in-between Seattle, Koover, and NCR - you'll notice "Hub Trading Co." as one of the locations, suggesting that perhaps some illicit trade is run through here to New California. The Tacoma Dome itself, now called the Broken Dome because it's caved in, acts as an open-air market for any of a hundred different traded goods, slaves included. One of Oregon's cannibal tribes lives in the ruins alongside them, which the locals call "Gash & Gnaw", that the slavers manipulate to project blunt force against anyone else who threatens them. Meanwhile, a secretive group of technologists, the Keepers, lives among the ruins of Ruston to study and catalogue the technologies contained in Tacoma's nearby naval and air-bases, such as the White Sprawl, though they don't quite understand what they're looking at. Many of the slaves kept here produce rudimentary firearms and other key goods for nearby Seattle, until they're sold at auction.
