Is there a way to just simply remove these double vertices in PMX?

If you put a model like this in Blender, it marks these types as Vertices errors and Double Vertices. Blender can easily delete these Double Vertices and recalculate the normals to where the texture wont be affected at all. But if you try to export the model back into PMX, it removes all the physics, Joints, and disorganizes the Bone Rig.

There's got to be an easier way to do this in PMX, otherwise, it just creates extremely hard work just to fix textured models.

Aside from what I mentioned in this comment

I don't know. I honestly don't like PMX Editor that much because of how tedious certain things are, Blender is so much easier to use.

I did exactly the same as in the tutorial but the textures keep messing up, how do I prevent that?

If you have textures, you can't join vertices like this but you can smooth out seams by fixing the normals.

These tutorials show how to do that:

On an unrelated note, I couldn't help noticing your icon. BVB are my boyfriend's favourite band lol

I will try it, thanks for helping me. ^-^

And BVB is also my favourite band. I love their music so much ;u;<3

How about connecting two Vertices to make another polygon?  How do I do that?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but this might be helpful:

I mean vertices that already existed.

And yeah, it did help.

when I do this.. for some reason.. it makes an hourglass effect... on the joined parts.. cause im trying to merge parts to a base...

how do I select the verticies in order to join them?

I use box-select.

Thanks for the tutorial! This is really helpful.

Do you know how to SPLIT vertices? Like, if I have one vertex, and I want to split it into two different vertices, is that possible? I've been trying to figure it out for a while now, because I have a model with one of its toes stuck to a toe of the other foot, and I can't it apart. . .

Ah, I actually don't know how to do that. Sorry! D:

That's alright. I'll figure it out eventually. .
