Well, I have to say, this is definantly one of my best, as well as being one of my hardest!

INSPIRATION...
Well, my whole idea for this layout was my new Horseland name - "Erratic". The name won in a naming contest I held, and, so, I needed a layout to match. My idea for this layout, was to have the horse so that it was galloping and jumping through everything in its path, looking as though it was rushing through the wind, chasing someone or something. I tried to create the eye in a way that it gave the horse some emotion.

TIME TAKEN...
Took 4 days, spending about 5 hours per day on it. So, around 15 hours all up.

TOOLS USED...
Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended, Wacom Bamboo Graphics Tablet, Mouse.

EXTRA DETAILS...
Well, let's see... I had to almost completely re-draw the mane and tail, since the horse's original one wasn't exactly right ( I'm very fussy, haha ), using the Tablet. I had to completely re-do the eye, took a lot of zooming and drawing for that one, haha. I smudged the coat only slightly - I'm not a fan of that over-smudged look, where the horse looks like it's made out of plastic. So, I only used a 10% and 5% smudge here. The sparkles, splashes, swirls and extras were added later using brushes and a heck of a lot of experimenting, haha. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. Comments and 's appriciated! Thanks!
