Description
Here's my Ice Cream Stand which I've been working on in the last two weeks. I made all my favourite types of ice cream and accessoires. The whole thing was inspired by an ice cream stand (though not a blue one^^) in Menton/France which I saw during my holidays. Because ice cream originates from Italy, I used the italian terms, I hope they're not too wrong
I used balsa wood, acrylic colours, clay and glue.
As always, critique is very welcome.

The detail in this is stunning! All of the different flavors look really unique individually, and you can tell the whole stand was made with a lot of love.

thank you. this is only about 1:12 scale, there are minis that are only 1:144 but i guess i'll have to practise a lot more before i can do those

Ice cream originates from China, not Italy, though was most famously brought over to the west by Marco Polo, who was Italien, so I guess it would probably seem like ice cream 'originated' from Italy.
But other than that only snippet of history i know, this is great and now i want to eat ice cream Q_Q they all look so good (and ironically, the dA add on the side is for ice cream).

True, theres the 'italian' icecream which is just ice with syrup, so i guess they'd be different variations throughout history.
and well, i dunno bout pasta, but i'd say the chinese have their noodles, the italians have their 'pasta' pasta :" D

I love gelati! The pistachio, banana and coffee look quite appetizing! Very clever idea making it two sided! Your colors and details are so pretty--I love the "dropped" chocolate cone!

thank you very much! the cone really dropped. i had prepared little holders for baking but that one dropped. the result was very convincing (it's really dropped after all) so i baked it that way
