Can't find the original tutorial... if I find it, I'll give credit. Anyway, found a version of this method on a Japanese website by a woman who was providing screentone, fonts, etc. But it was in Japanese, so I remade the tutorial idea in English. I find this method easier than any other method up on DA currently and I find it clever to boot.

This is for Photoshop, though I'm sure it will work in any other painting program with layers and guides. (Gimp and Paint.Net come to mind)
