People has been asking me to make a Tutorial on how I make rain and storms, so Ive answered your prayers. Seeing that alot of people asked, Ive created an easy, step by step tutorial for you on how to make a Rainy Day. Ive gave it all I got and I tryed my best to explain it has simple as possible. I provide you alot of picture and information. I hope you learn something from my tutorial.

Wow, this is great! I just got Photoshop for the first time and I found this extremely helpful. I have successfully craeted RAIN!! TADA!!! And it helped other ways,too. Hey, I didn't even know that there was a Motion Blur tool, and now I do!
