People has been asking me to make a Tutorial on how I make rain and storms, so Ive answered your prayers. Seeing that alot of people asked, Ive created an easy, step by step tutorial for you on how to make a Rainy Day. Ive gave it all I got and I tryed my best to explain it has simple as possible. I provide you alot of picture and information. I hope you learn something from my tutorial.
If you have questions on this tutorial and just dont understand it,please notify me and I can explain it to you better.

how do you put a picture into it?

Ok, lets see. First you need to outline the picture. If you already have, good. Then you create another layer and color the backround blue. Then you follow the directions on my tutorial. Does it help?

You put a new layer (Standard) and pick the desired size with the Pen Tool.
