This is part 1 of a three-part series I'm working on. This first part should explain anything you might wonder over when it comes to stationary emotes.The next two parts will deal with Simple Animation and Advanced Animation. Stay tuned.

GIMP is free and just as powerful as photoshop, you just type gimp downloads into your web search bar and voila just follow the link to the site and download which ever one you want

This is a good tutorial. Is there a certain packet you have to buy from a store to get the photoshop thing. That is what i am comfused on.
