Description
This is the next in the series of DnD characters for my firends. This Gemini. A sorceress specializing in spells using fire. She's all fired up and ready to burn.
Other than resizing, there is no postwork in this image. The fire effects were done using Povray's media types.

I don't know how you got the rings to glow from the top with no direct light being cast on her from above....Awesome though.

Glows like those on the rings can be achieved by doing some blurring combined with high ambient levels on the material settings. (Although, they won't emit light unless you are using a raytracing engine that supports radiosity.)
