Greatest..the only flaw of DS9 is the strange...verry strange Chose of a race of higher beeings thingy...but apart from that he is awesome... and DS) my favorite Trek series...

My favourite Star Trek Series, it had much better stories in each episode and didn't rely on much techno babble like some of the others.
Favourite character is probably Odo

I watched a few episodes of DS9 once. Quark became my favourite character rather quickly, because of how he subverted the whole 'guy learns from his mistakes and changes his ways' thing. He did change, just not in a complete face-heel-turn kind of way.

Yeah. He sells arms to both sides of a war. After he realises that This Is Bad, does he broker peace between the leaders of both sides?
Nope. He sticks them in a room with each other, while they have guns.
For some reason I found this ridiculously funny and awesome.

/agrees with Slovman about sisko being "easily the greatest", and why. don't forget he became a demi-god XD
don't get me wrong i like the others, i'd probly say my order would be
1. sisko
2. kirk
3. picard or janeway ((never really got into TNG til around season 3-4..the first 2 seasons were meh, and janeway took out the borg queen/nest)
4. then the one of the enterprise series (only liked a few episodes of the later seasons)

The first couple of seasons of TNG were "meh". The first suffered from Gene Rodenberry wanting to imput moral tales it it, and the second suffered from too much Wesley Crusher. They really started getting properly into their stride by 3rd season.

The beard, hammy acting and great supporting cast put him way up there for me, anyways. Which is why I do like DS9 plenty.

My Favorite Sisko moment was when he was boxing with Q. Q egged him on and Sisko hit him with a combo punch and knocked him on his ass.

He is badass, he stood next to 1960's William Shatner and looked natural. Best cross time TV show I can think of seeing.

DS9 should have been on the air pretty much forever. I watched the whole series a few months back and I can't believe how beautifully it holds up.
