There was that dyslexic singer guy from Static Shock. Um. I can't remember his name though. I wanna say it was Rubber Band Man, but I can't be sure.

I'd also add Oddity (Plastic Man's son), mind you that Tangent Plastic Man is kinda stretchy too, and looks cool to boot!
There's also Skin from Generation X, Mercury from New X-Men....prob'ly more I can't think of (is is Squeezeplay of the Serpent Society I'm thinking of, or Anaconda?)

There was a piece involving Plastic Man and Elogated Man fighting over who was best buds with Batman in The Brave and the Bold. They go all tangled up too! Very funny. I love that you put in Mrs Incredible.

Warblade - Jim Lee's Wildcats character, was kind of a cross between Wolverine and Mr. Fantastic.
Venom - Depending on who does him, he can stretch and other mailable type things.

Let's see, there's Mr. Fantastic, Enlongated Man, Plastic Man, and Elasti-Girl. I guess that's all the important ones. Luffy in the background is a nice touch, but I didn't know Dhalsim could stretch(I haven't played Street Fighter in forever).

There are certainly quite a few stretchy characters in the superhero universe. It's downright strange that DC has two strechy-men to it's roster of superheroes.
I also like Dhalsim and Luffy in the background.

They actually had both Plastic Man and Elongated Man in a recent episode of Batman: Brave and the Bold, where the two were competing for, essentially, "best stretchy-guy", though it ended up boiling down to "which one of us does Batman like best".
Still, it was an amusing rivalry.
Now Ralph Dibny's dead, and rather than being just like Plastic Man, he's just like Deadman.

If I assume the guy with the Orange/Blond hair is Stretch Armstrong (correct me if I'm wrong), then I can't really think of anyone who matters not shown other than maybe Gumby.
I did find the name of the Stretchy character from Naruto though. "Nurari" [link] ... he (yes, it's a he) is still too new to be worthy of the company of the rest here anyway.
