The NowPlaying.dll plugin currently doesn't support volume control for Spotify. Maybe you could try out Spotify premium and adjust the volume from your phone?

Hello, first things first, thank you very much for this awesome Rainmeter Plugin, but I have one question: If there are numbers in the title of the song it shows ohly zeros, but nothing else, so I really would appreciate it if you could help!

Yes, I made the skin so that it parses the numbers out of the titles. You can easily remove this by changing the .ini file. Change the substitute=...(very long list with numbers)... to:Β Substitute="Spotify -":"","Spotify":"Paused"Β

Regardless of the word 'Player' in the name, this Rainmeter skin can not actually play any song. It is meant to control the software that is actually playing your music. Meaning that you have to install Spotify, and it will display what song spotify is currently playing. I understand the confusion.Β

i tried dragging the spotify folder into the rainmeter folder but it doesnt seem to appear when i run rainmeter and load it?
i havent updated to the current beta version yet- does that have an affect on it ?

The spotify folder does not have to be in the rainmeter folder. The skin has to be in the rainmeter folder. I am not sure if the skin currently still works with the latest version of spotify, but I guess it should.Β

They mean the zip that is downloaded from this page. It's a folder labelled Spotify.Β
I'm having the same problem. I put the folder downloaded into my rainmeter/skins folder and load Spotify.ini but nothing shows up.Β
