Description This is how I create downloads in metaseq.

It takes a really long time especially for me to make stuff because I'm still learning, but this method so far is easier for me.

There are many ways to model. This is how I do it.

Keep practicing !
I know my tutorial skills are bad, hehe, but just mess around with meta all day till you make something remotely resembling something . My first try to make a shoe I made what looked like a deformed wooden block...it was bad.

I will make a better explaining tutorial as soon as I get time.

the only thing that bothers me is that the platou is a bit to high on the model and that the soul isn't all on the ground, only the heal. I personaly prefer doing the same but then with foto's of the object. And sorry for my horible English

Hehe, thanks for the feedback.

Oh, yeah this one is just rough, I usually move everything when I add it to the model so the sole is on the ground, I love really high shoes on models since it isn't commonly done, but you are right it is pretty high.

I like high heals to, but these ae higher then the original, thats what I meant.
I prefer making everything right in Max,cause then you have more easy vieuws for doing so. In PMDE you can only move verticles and only show with or without wire frame, no other options.

Hmmm, maybe I'll give Max a try. I haven't really tried anything other than meta and blender.

Max is just as complicated as Blender ^^. All high quality 3D programs are, cause there are many options for making many kinds of pictures and video's or just models, but thats what also alouws the high quality. Only + point is 3Ds Max comes with esential skill movies first time you open it. Blender has these online trough...

Very interesting. Even is not so detail in explaining, I found it very helpful to me sense I do know some things in Meta. GJ!

Hmm, I usually just do rigging, but learning now to do this is very interesting, and new.
Question, is there anyway to do this in Blender or do we have to have 3D Point Creation?

missmmd In reply to McCreeCat [2013-03-23 04:22:09 +0000 UTC]

I don't use blender because it is so complicated. But in metaseq there is a "create" button where you can choose to create points, triangles, or faces. I use points and then add the faces on top of the points.

I'm sure blender can do it to...I think I might be using the wrong word when I say 3D point creation...

I see, seems fair enough. Oh, Metaseq is the program.
Sorry about making things confusing, I understand what you mean by 3D point creation. I'm dyslexic so I get things all mixed up. Please forgive me. Hah, my fault.

In Blender you can just let the program only show the edge lines and then workwith the verticles (those points are called verticles). I can't say how exeacly, since I use 3DsMax myself. But I'm pretty sure blender can.

Oh, okay. Thank you. One question, is 3DsMax free? If so I will just ditch Blender and use what you have.

Only if you're a pirate or in a school that studies 3D art using the program. If this is not the case you've gotta pay US$3,675:

It used to be $4000 and I believe $500 a year afterwards.

Its the program they also use for making games as Call of Duty and Kindom Hearts, its pro work, but yeah its cost extremely much
