Description This was a quick tutorial.

We all know most hyenas lived in Africa, but the striped hyena is the only known hyaenid that can not only lived in Africa, but also lived in Southern Asia(from Middle East to India). I did know about the differences between the subspecies of striped hyenas, like the Indian ones for example. But I don't know the differences from the other subspecies of spotted hyena, besides the West African(C.c.crocuta) and East African(C.c.fisi), for example. I know that most striped hyenas can be listed as globally Near Threatened or Vulnerable. I did drew them with no references, sorry about that, but please bear with me. Any suggestions, eh?

Love that you made a subspecies chart and actually show the geographical and morphological differences between each one. You know, one thing that I hate is that people often confuse animal species and subspecies with breeds, genetic variations and even races. I saw a Zootopia review where the reviewer called Finnick the smallest fox breed, even though fennec foxes and other foxes like red, gray and corsac foxes are completely different species with different genuses and such. And all of this brings to me this question: In an anthropomorphic animal universe are subspecies the and should be the closest equivalent to a human race?

You're welcome. I love all Hyenas equally. But my favourite species is the spotted hyena.
