Description
A red tailed hawk soars above the sonoran desert. It was such a nice day to be outside and this hawk was enjoying the breeze catching the air currents.Red tailed hawk- Arizona

sure wish I could get these...even my Osprey wasn't clear-& I've only gotten a hawk from too far with my easyshare...

I'd much rather have this be an osprey, but any type of bird of prey is fine by me to photograph like this.

[link] well here's mine...there were actually 2 adults & a juvenile in the tree...I shot as fast as I could...LOL...[link] the juvenile can't be seen in this one...I couldn't salvage those pix...(but I kept 'em cuz I KNOW he's there...LOL

It did see me and flew around me a few times before finding a nice perch a few hundred yards away.
