Description
Excuse the JPEG-nes, it looks a lot better in BMP format. o.oIt IS possible to get a professional look to your pictures with MS Paint!
Personally, I'm not one much for digital art, let alone creating realistic or professional looking works. XD But I DO know quite a few tricks and tips that can get others to that point... With a bit of persistence and patience, there is a lot you can do!
*WARNING: The image itself is kinda large. It's about 928 KB on the site...*
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Now, about trimming away the unneeded parts of the image... It's very simple - all you do is take either of the select tools and select the areas you want to remove and you can do one of three things...
1. Click 'Edit --> Clear'
2. Hit the Delete key on the keyboard (my personal favorite and the easiest way)
3. Right-click and select 'Clear Selection'
The selected area will be erased.

Excuse the minor spelling errors... XD
If you have any questions or if there's anything that confuses you, feel free to ask! ^w^ I'm not too great at finding the balance between lamens terms and the technical terms that let you guys know what I'm talking about... o.o Unfortunately, Paint doesn't have any of the cool tools or effects that you can get with AppleDraw or Photoshop, but with patience and persistence, there are ways to replicate the professional programs! ^w^
I'd rather you didn't copy or download my tutorial, please. If you wish to use it for anything, just ask and I'll gladly give you permission. :}
The entire left side of the thick pink line explains the process of blending; the right column (with a blue background) is how to zoom in even further in case your monitor is smaller than mine or you can't quite make out the finer details. :}
Happy Painting!!! ^w^

Lol. Theres also that other way to make a gradient. Ctrl+e
type in 100 and 250
skew it into 1 horizontally. Then into 500.

Omg. Forgot to mention the main part. lol!! -How stupid of me. Anyway, heres the full instructions.
Ctrl+e Then type in 100 for the one of the left and 250 for the one on the right. Press okay.
do a diagonal line with whichever colour you want. Fill one side with that colour. The other side, do another colour. Skew it to 1 then 500.

Hmmmm.. It's not working. o.o;; It's saying I can only enter a skewing number between -89 and 89, and even when I do those, they don't turn out as a gradient... hm...

Could it be that my version of Paint is just too old for that maybe...?

XD I didn't have access to those programs when I made this, and I don't even really get into digital art, but I still love learning little things and figuring out how I COULD do things if I wanted to... XD
