A couple people have requested this tutorial and I figured, hey, why not help out. Let me know if you don't understand something. I'm sure it's a bit confusing but it's difficult to explain some things especially if people may not know how to use photoshop well. I did my best

I have a question what sort of brush/technique did you use to do the lines themselves? I can't get straight lines in PS let alone the width and angles without driving myself mad. Thanks.

Oh that's because I don't use a brush. I cheat and use the pen tool
