Description

During the invasion, Dokubari had disappeared into the ocean after rampaging through Vietnam. The only trace that it still remained on Earth were the occasional footprints on several Pacific islands, but now, as if called by an invisible force, it had swam all the way to China to join the battle. Launching out of the river, it pounced on the back of the giant centipede and crunched deeply into its neck. The injected toxins were oozing out of the gouge mixed with green blood.

Suddenly the legs on its back clamped down, trapping Dokubari in place. Acting on the brief distraction, the MAKO2 and Dorizan charged in. Dorizan curled up into a ball and rammed into the centipede, but didn't manage to knock it down. The MAKO2 got up behind and landed a severe attack with its drill arm. The shock loosened the grip on Dokubari enough for it to free itself and go for another bite, this time in one of the main legs. Dorizan rolled in again, this time causing the centipede to crash into the ground. Now pinned, it took all three to hold the centipede down. One of the whips lashed out and began strangling Dokubari, but its spikes dug into the chitin and began injecting more toxins. They were finally having an effect, causing the pinned kaiju to weaken and stop resisting. With a final blow, the MAKO2 tore into the centipede's head with the drill.

It had taken all three to defeat this one kaiju, but at least it was over now. Dorizan returned underground while Dokubari disappeared into the river again. It seems like Earth has two new defenders, both with a grudge against the Xenopaths.
