WOW! Who could have guessed this! (insert sarcastic smirk here.) Based on the reception of this season, it was hard to see that this season was the best season in years. Welcome to post sequel SpongeBob. The "renaissance era" as some say. My text review of this season will be incredibly brief. The animation has improved, the writing has improved, and the sound aspect...eh its actually kind of the same. Still too many CPM and cartoon tracks. The writing is the main thing to praise here, though, and it is so much better than 9A. Same goes for the animation, but a lot of 9A-isms are still occasionally present in the character models. I sure do wonder how season 10 will go about fixing this...
