British Airways B747 with the Right And Proper engines! Rolls-Royce RB-211s,so very refined.....they just have the sweetest sound when "spooling up" to takeoff power,as heard from the cockpit. simply a matter of taking an already great plane from Boeing and making it into something even better. good show,old chaps.....quite.Related content

I would've flown on a BA jumbo very like this one when I went to South Africa in 1985. Shame I was too young to remember much about it.
