just for comparison with the royal tomcat elsewhere in my gallery. this was the official original aircrew patch,and every squadron in the US Navy had their own version. for example-VF-84 "Jolly Rogers" featured the 2-tailed cat dressed as a pirate along with appropriate variations for other Navy units,also the only foreign customer{Iran}had the cat in a persian costume,nicknamed "Ali-Cat} Anytime,Baby!Related content

I use to have a bunch of the patches for the Tomcat. Have no idea where they went. Probably to desert with the aircraft. Very nice collection you have.
