High Evolutionary + Mr. Mind

The Low Evolutionary has a secret research station on Mount Wundagore in Zandia. He has evolved animals into humanoids, including Crocodile Men, Bat Men, Tiger Men, and a Goat Nanny named Bova. He has also created a Cyclopean creature and a hydra-humanoid with many different animal heads by toying with the genes of the creatures he's evolving. His creation Bova sheltered Magda Arella when she fled the cult of the Joker, Demon of the Darkhold. After Magda gave birth she died, and the Evolutionary ordered Bova to give the young Raven to the Maximoff family of gypsies that lived in the lowlands around the mountain.

So this ties in to back story of Raven Maximoff, the Joker's Daughter, and I just really was inspired to quickly whip out this armored version of Mr. Mind.
