Katrina deHart is a makeup artist from America, struggling to have her artistry recognized on social media. She is approached one day to participate in the Desire Grand Prix, and wishes to go viral and experience the spotlight for the rest of her life.

Equipped with the Desire Driver and the Butterfly ID Core, Katrina transforms into Kamen Rider Barfly. She moves gracefully when transformed, but is by no means an experienced fighter. Her ID Core slows her falls by defying gravity slightly.
