no, i did not really understand, between the bad english and lack of actual examples of the photoshop tools and layers you mentioned I did not. However, the art in the tutorial was visually put together well
also, it wasn't a complaint, it was me simply stating my opinion.

This is a very nice tutorial! It was wonderful to see how the painting started and the progression to a finished piece.
It's probably been said, but there are an awful lot of comments to go through to check, so I'll mention it anyway: the word for the mirror image of something is "reflection" - a "reflex" is an automatic response or reaction to something.
