Just for Hat, the rat is enjoying himself.
Yeah, more basic stuff. Yeah, you could have a shaped corset or something if you really need to see both breasts in all their orbular glory, but that's an exception. And, in conclusion, penis.
Next: Breast physics. Yes, with nipples. Probably also with Quickstrike, since I won't be able to keep him away.

The missing penis thing is for people who paint the clothes on the figures - it's a, "I can see every single vein and sinew on this man, so why does he just have a crotch-bulge instead of every detail of his penis and testicles? Come on, you're showing me everything else!"
If they're wearing clothes instead of paint, just a bulge is fine.
If you're looking for a How To Draw Penii tutorial ... enh, do your own research. I don't need to get into any, "But he's too small/too big/too hairy/not hairy enough/now draw [Character A] having sex with [Character B]" fights.

They may be exhibitionists, but they're not masochists...they have a cup on under the paint.
In my superhero universe, the general physics-breaking nature of superpowers extends to most of them looking like their costumes are painted on, rather than looking like brightly colored sausage links. Sucks to be the occasional one who didn't get that side effect but still wants to wear tights.

Tsk, that's just tailoring. A properly made stretchy super-suit can have extra support fabric in the right places.
Besides, when you're firing lasers from your eyes and flying around ignoring bullets, making a bra leave no lines is a fairly minor miracle.

But lasers and flying help you be, y'know, a superhero. That's [i]useful[/i]. Showing off your nipples in costume is just dumb.
Also, guys that are immune to bullets and pretty much everything else need not fear harm to their junk. Why cover it?

Penii, like the rest of this anatomy, are often drawn very unrealistically. I especially get lulz from nudes where guys are erect for no apparent reason, just because a limp penis isn't... very... impressive.
But, yeah. Painted-on outfits on superheroes suuuuuuck. So hard. If you want to draw him/her naked, draw him/her NAKED. If you put clothes on, draw the clothes. I mean, I get that they're trying to sell sex while wriggling around the side of our incredibly hypocritical and senseless censorship laws, but even still. There's got to be a better way. (I don't see what's supposed to be so arousing about huge arm-sinews bulging through spandex anyhow... and why doesn't the "get around censorship" thing apply to nipples and cameltoe, too? Sigh.)
The contrast between Dinobot and Rattrap adds an extra bit of lol here. Dinobot looks stoic; Rattrap is having the time of his life. He may be disappointed he's not starring in a nude pic after all, but clearly, he is taking it well.
