Nice tutorial! How do you load PS brushes, though? I haven't found any tutorials on that, and frankly I don't see any 'Add brushes' button in the new brush editor...

.psd brush import is limited to basic features, as far as I recall. Open the brush engines drop-down, select the pixel brush then select Predefined (in the brush tips area), then click on the folder like button to import resources.

Thanks for making these tutorials! I've just started to use krita, and they've helped a lot.
One question I have: Where are the brush folders for mac? Because I use OSX 10.9.4, and I don't seem to be able to find it.Β

For those wondering where the brushes and brush presets are located in Mac OSX, there is a folder in: users/USERNAME/library/preferences/kde/share/apps/krita where I suppose they could be installed.
To make the Library visible, open your user in the finder and select VIEW/SHOW VIEW OPTIONS and enable SHOW LIBRARY

Yikes, I have no idea! The OSX version is very new, and I'm not using Krita on OSX. Does Edit -> Resources show something? If not, try to run a folder search, and if that still doesn't work, try asking at the KritaΒ  forums.

It's ok. None of them happened to work. I shall now head to the krita forums. Thanks though!
