Well I mean if it's allowed on the profile. I am also not really clear on the law. I would suggest not randomly going to strangers and just 'say it'. But for law, I am not sure, and I mean directly to a person you just found. Morally I don't think it's much of a deal. Law, don't know.

Maybe I got the wrong idea of what a 'W*t Dream' mean or something.
But to me, it sounds like someone is expressing a 'dirty dream' they had...
So f**king what?

Some people can get disturbed by this (Just like someone being disturbed by seeing some balloon fetish), which is understandable, but does that mean the person who expressed it has done something bad now? NO.

*Sees a 'W*t dream' the person had*
*Gasp* "I am very upset about someone's life I don't want to hear!! Waaahhhh"
"I'm going to now harass the person on my own profile now! Because I couldn't learn to ignore something I believe was weird!!! "

Apparently, I was trying to teach how wrong it was to harass and talk crap about another person just because they expressed who they were. The idiot believed that it was "fine" to talk crap about this. Just because some bigot couldn't learn to ignore something not intended towards them.
It was bad. After trying to explain that people are allowed to express there 'w*t-dream' and such.. And that I was saying that these users are bad for harassing and uploading snapshots (Even about me), people continue to claim I'm a "bad" guy, just because I stood up for freedom of expression and such.. Including standing up for my self.

People now upload shit about me in snapshots, talk shit about me in journals, etc, etc.. Just because I defend others and show that we shouldn't harass others for ANY opinion reason.
I thought this shit wasn't allowed on DeviantART?!

I think it all started when I was helping someone report some user for harassing him/her for recoloring some stuff..
The person shouldn't of harassed the person. Should of reported the person silently if you really believed it broke the damn rules..
So anyway, I was just giving my opinion about this R** person, then the person started to upload snapshots and journals about me.
Wow.

So after that, trying to stand up for other people and myself, some people think I'm a "bad" guy.
WTF..

Anyway, people are allowed to express ANY dirty thing they want, at least in allowed areas by the site. Just because some people don't like that for any reason such as "weird", "disturbed", "freaked out", etc, etc. DOESN'T give them the right to mind there business and talk shit about it.
When someone says something like "Twilight Sparkle is my GF", they are not directly involving you. But when you start talking crap about that person just because you don't like it, YOU are involving the person, and is starting a problem. YOU are the bully.

Positive For
There is nothing wrong with expressing your own 'wet-dream' on your own profile, or places that allow it.. Especially in Adult content places that allow it(E.g. Adult Fan Fiction).
Even on artist's page sort of: if the artist may not mind, then I don't see a problem.
Yet, saying having a "w*t-dream" out of nowhere (I mean a simple "I had one" way), doesn't sound like a big deal.. If it's still considered SOMEWHAT a problem, does that make it OK to act like it was a crime? I don't think so.
Maybe the person could of been respectful more in terms of the artist thing, but bullying them, etc, etc, as if they broke the law is TOO FAR.

Negative
The only time it can probably be a problem is if you express it to places that are more general audience and what you said was passed the general rating (Saying "TS is my GF" is tamed).
Or directly to people that already doesn't want it like a very 'gross' thing about it I think.. Because that could be considered sexual harassment.
Like I said, it can also depend on how 'graphic' your expression is.

Honestly, ANYTHING could be sooooo "disturbing" to you, but that doesn't make it your business.
Just ignore something if you don't like seeing it. < That's what you should do if you hate seeing someone's own sexual expression that's harmless it's self.

And no, just because you feel "disturbed" by this (Like if you happened to stumble upon that), doesn't mean he or she has done something harmful.

By the way, the harassment I've been dealing with and such, has made me go into very bad emotional thoughts and I'm still kind of in it..
I been kind of hoping to ask the subconscious to cut the 'silver cord' in my sleep.
