=========================================NO RIBBON mac osX is an os x style theme for Windows 8 rtm , inspired from the mac os X and made under my personal view.
It does not contain RIBBON to explorer.
This kind of Theme with no ribbon, made because some users who don't like ribbon asked me for.
For the other people who use ribbon, this is not a choice, its better use my platinum ones [link] .
Here on this download, are 2 Themes and visual styles that can be used only on Windows 8 RTM .
How to open pane :
we will use the folderband for appearing of the pane's, such as the preview pane or the details pane.
i have setted the folderband inside the preview pane so what you need to do for appear it is press from your keyboard : ALT + P
Then go to your folderband at top and select Organise, Layout ---> select/deselect the pane you want>
press again ALT + P for dissapear the preview pane. see [link]

THIS WORK its not a stand alone work.
It has 2 compact visual styles and 2 system files (explorerFrame.dll and shell32.dll) for each version (32 bit and 64 bit)
Names of the visual styles/themes:
06 is a light gray version with thin vertical separators and white main surface.
H403 is a light gray version with thin vertical separators and a light blue main surface so for be more relaxing after many hours work to pc.
These themes have been made to be used with the system files that included to this pack, otherwise they will not look as in picture.

With this theme, with have dissapeared the ribbon from explorer but not from applications that needed the explorer, so for having a white or a black version of those applications, such as 'Paint' etc download my Platinum Theme for Windows 8 rtm [link]
there exist 32 and 64 bit version uiribbon.dll system files for that.
as also :
The construction of the mstyles/visual style in windows 8 rtm, is such so when we have a compact looking style, like that included to this pack, when we use an aplication, we can not have at the top of it a separator line between the menu and titlebar of the application, so i just make only 2 compact themes .
But you can use my Platinum ones that have not this issue, though to Platinum's themes, to explorer, the rebar part, where exist adress bar, search bar and navigation buttons are looking as a separate area.

Tips
For dissapearing the status bar at the bottom of explorer's window go to Control PanelAll Control Panel Items select 'FOLDER OPTIONS', select 'view' then deselect the 'Show Status bar'
Setting small title font on titlebar :
go to Control PanelAppearance and PersonalizationDisplay and set to the section 'Change only the text size' to '9' and select/check the 'bold' option.

Download Leftsider from [link] so to set the min, max,close buttons to left. But attention applications which used ribbon such as Paint will not work setting properly when use the leftsider setting to left the min, max,close buttons. So go to taskbar and select to the icon of leftsider so to change the buttons to right or use some oher solutions such [link]

nothing> i did before a month a black version but not good for win 8, and now i am to m,y win 7 partition> after a little also my trial period for win 8 finished so i dont find the reason to search anything more+ i do not like win 8 because microsoft made its best to succeed 2 things: made an explorer which can be used from companies workers hard work=older programs but simultaneously to be enough ungly and unmodified [or difficult to be] so new buyers/users to driven to metro applications store=money from the store > that means that 'push' the user to do and see under microsoft's view the operating system> microsoft forget that its big succession, which basically made with win xp , was that the user could modify the appearance but also the toolbars of explorer [to xp]> with vista and after the system have been made more unchangeable, instead transparency added for be more pleasant the looking, in win 8 ,no transparency, no transportation of toolbars, such as addressbar searchbar etc so what? the good are the fast boot, and the use in many kind of prooccessors, though i care more to the flexibility of explorer, so they made this 2003 work as a gift to 2012/13 people, so i cant follow?> also the time for me is very less, to real life priorities are strong.

i spend less time on the computer now. trying to be healthy ^__^
actually to be honest the computer is killing a lot of my time - but there's nothing else i can do - it's like well i'm asian of course well i moved to australia so basically i have aussie friends and stuff - but i mean my parents are still all strict and stuff while i'm not. but anyway - that's not the point - i want to hang out with my friends - but my parents think i go out too much heh.
that's why i retreat to my computer i guess - well i guess i can't wait til school starts in a month?

well you can practice to football or basketball or any similar if there is a place = court around, so spending your time > i recommend basketball, as its a sport that you can practice even - if you are- alone.

all of my themes work with x 86, unless if it is written that is only for 64. to all other themes if included system files/dll to the packs for both platforms , described and included to separate folders, one for 32 bit[x86] and another for 64 bit [x64].
does win8pro has any difference , in system files code, than the trial enterprise which i [and many others] use?

well any suggestions how to get themes to work on 8 32bit would be great, i have 8 pro, and i used a theme patcher but still no themes work

to my instructions i refer those :

1. To use the visual styles ( mstyle) , you must install specific files to C:\Windows\System32,
or use a patcher download from [link]
or use a UxTheme patch, as this from Woot332 at WinUnleaked: [link]

now, there is a thing that happened also to win 7 [where i have return] as also to win 8 > because of microsoft update it is possible the patcher stops working> for solve this we do :
go to :
Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features
uninstall the pacher.
restart.
install again the pacher.
restart.
copy the themes to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and select any of them.
hope it will work this.

i personally use 1. resource hacker and hex editing > 2. tiny hexer, for my works in windows 8.

There always things that must be improved, but in any way thank you.
for example i would like to remake some mouse over images, that control panel use must be redone or changing the content margins> if the system accept this, anyway
i have not the courage, strength and the like to do..
as also i am just writing from my windows 7 partition> i love transparency, and the way that ribbon dont take place from my explorer's window.
if ribbon in 8 had an auto hiding function like the taskbar that would be better.

anyway, in one of my experiments i made a condition=a modification to a system file so depending the file that you open the explorer you have or not ribbon [i made only for the 32bit version, to the same file at 64bit the code is different so i have not 64bit system to test it, but i dont care> as no transparency= not interesting ]
so if you open explorer via explorer.exe> a shortcut of explorer you have ribbon if you used the libraries default of microsoft shortcut , not appearing the ribbon> i was thinking how to make a mode for redirecting in real time, the address of a folder > for appear/disappear the ribbon area complete, but needed a lot of time, not sure if could be work the re direction so i give up of this.

explore looks better with the current themes, though applications looks a bit better with the platinum's visual styles> so you can use for not having ribbon to explorer the system files dll from this pack and the visual styles from platinum [link]
but if you want to see the explorer looking better , the visual styles of this theme are best.
