Hey, great pic. You seem to know a thing or two about Russia during WWII!
Can I ask you a question? I want to write a comic book about a Russian female sniper
during WWII. Do you know any websites I should check to get info about that particular subject?

Real numbers of war, but mostly from french & german's perspective
wikipedia, duh... maybe check the references there, which may lead to new sources as well
Some Russian war-tactics, if you want to keep realistic"
Well, some names, numbers and behaviors you might look into
Some weapons...
what my point is, WW II isnt a topic nobody ever write about...

I had already saved the page from wikipedia.
Thanks for everything else, though!

If you're ever thinking about adding a few more guns to this list. Might I suggest the AVS-36, Nagant Revolver, and SKS (which saw limited service during the Battle of Berlin and Manchurian Campaign).

Oh yes, it's right, the use of the SKS and of the RPD during WWII is a little controversial, I was going to draw the RPD, they used the 7.62x39 intermediate ammo designed in 1943, while I've just made the Nagant in the WW1 table. The AVS-36 is indeed a very interesting weapon too.

I completely forgot about the RPD to be honest although as I understand it, it was only used in extremely small numbers by Spetsnaz during Berlin and Manchuria.

Yes I've read that too, but I didn't find any book reference. The ww2 RPD was a little different from the famous 1950' version.
I should subsitute the Mosin 91/38 with a SKS 45, mmmm, if I find a little of time I'll do.

I remember reading a Russian source that claimed that approximately 10-15 were used by a Spetsnaz detachment to the 75th Guards Rifle division.

Just a little correction: not "пехотныИ", but "пехотныЙ". Despite looking pretty similar, tey are different letters
Also, fun fact about TT handgun: it lacked ANY form of safety device.
