Words Below:
Lester was a nerdy college student who lived in an apartment by himself just off campus. He was overlooked by most of the other students because he rarely did anything to call attention to himself. This fact came back to haunt him. Although he was doing well in most of his classes, he had to take a class in public speaking. It was something he just could not handle.
Every time Lester had to give a speech in front of the class his body started shaking, he heard a ringing in his ears, and he had to sit back down. No matter how hard he tried he could not talk about anything that was not school work and even then he did it with great difficulty. Desperate to pass public speaking, Lester searched the internet and discovered Lionheart Tonic for nervous people. It even came with free shipping and handling. It was not that expensive so he ordered it without thinking much about it.
The next day Lester discovered a box containing the tonic right outside his door. He was surprised to get it so quickly. He still did not think anything suspicious about it. He was just glad to get his hands on it.
Lester took his first spoonful. It tasted really good. He took another spoonful and then another and then another. Less than an hour later he had consumed the entire bottle. Afterwards he felt really tired and had to go to bed. He slept through his public speaking class.
While Lester was asleep, his body went through changes. His breast grew, his body hair disappeared, and his genitals changed leaving him, or her, fully female. The hair on her head grew first resembling a woman and then resembling a lion.
Lion ears grew out of her head as her human ears disappeared. A lion tail emerged and continued to grow until it was quite long. Her fingernails turned black. While all this was going on, she imagined herself running through the jungle as she hunted for food. She felt like she could run forever.
Suddenly she remember her public speaking class and instantly woke up. According to the clock, her class ended hours ago. One absence would not be enough to make her fail but she still found it annoying. To her surprise, she found another box outside her door. The box contained a new outfit, some kind of weapon, and a note. Immediately she grabbed the note hoping it would tell her what was going on.
"Dear Linda, formerly Lester," she read. "We hope you liked our Lionheart tonic. You should never have a problem with public speaking again. We realize you will be unlikely to attend college in your current form but we have planned ahead. We have a job offer for you. How would you like to be our security guard?"
The rest of the note gave a detailed description of the job and the time and place of the interview if she wanted to accept. Linda, as she had been named, put the note aside. She could read the rest of it later. She put on the outfit they had provided for her. It was a strange choice of clothing but she had to admit it suited her.
Linda then grabbed the weapon and swung it over her shoulder. Despite it being heavy, she did it easily and despite being so casual with it, she was coordinated enough to make sure she did not accidently hit anything. It was clear she possessed superhuman strength and coordination. That was more than enough to convince her to take the job.
After completely reading the note, Linda ran off towards the location of the job interview. She had no idea when she would be back or even if she would be back but that did not matter to her. She would never have to worry about speaking in public again.
