Sorry that it took so long for me to get back to your comment, TiGg-er.
I haven't had any experience in creating websites with flash, sorry. I use simple forward and back navigational buttons for my animations.. but thats the gist of it.
There should be some tutorials on DA to help you out... else you could try checking out [link] . They should have some good tutorials.

it is fun and time consuming. haha
i have trouble with multiple layers, though. it seems as if i try to erase on the top layer, it erases on all the layers. i dunno, i need to figure that now so i can have still bgs >.>

Definitely time consuming.
Oh, I run into that too. Its incredibly frustrating.
The way I get around it is to make the backgrounds and foregrounds into seperate symbols and work on them in place in the timeline.
Have you worked with symbols before? I can give you a quick rundown -- it may help.

i did a bit of work with symbols, plus i have a tutorial in case i need help. but if you want to explain briefly about using symbols on different layers, since i haven't done really anything using separate layers...
