I love this painting!
It is good to see real brush strokes, instead of simulated ones... And the image size is perfect to appreciate these.
I like the expression, thoughful, indeed perhaps a bit worried.
The only thing that seems off is the nose, the shape is a bit odd given the angle.
Beside that, it would look good in the British Museum or the Louvre.
(Mmm, exaggerating a little? Perhaps... )

I really like the warmth of the colors. Gives it an aged look, almost like some of the old masters were so famous for.

He looks emotional. I like how you've built up the colours from the watery underpainting, allowing the natural grain of the paper to show through the thicker overpainting. Adding a couple of extremely white highlights to his eyes and nose would give them a more shiny texture and wet appearance.
