Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful I am to you and matteo for creating this amazing community. Without this site, I never would have met ~cadedyeko , and I would be out of a job. We started our band here, and my band is my life. We released our first CD this year. [link] ...and we owe it all to this site. Without you, Unrequited would not exist, and I never would have had the confidence to continue the pursuit of my singing career. I started out here, writing songs and turning other people's poems into songs...and they encouraged me as artists and as friends. Without this site and the support of my fellow deviants, I would be completely and totally lost.
You will never know just how much I appreciate everything...but maybe when you see my tribute deviation (trust me, you'll see it) and hear some of our songs, you'll know that you've done much more than create a source of entertainment...you've changed my life.

I hope eventually your situation gets cleared up to your satisfaction. It really isn't the business of the community to know your personal legal issues and you first and foremost have a right to sort that out before we ask to find out.
I've complained a lot about this community because of where I saw this place heading. I left a few months ago because I knew something was going to happen and I didn't want to be here for that.
I came back to add my website URL only to find all this stuff happening and my first reaction was shock. I'm thinking about coming back to show my support. I think at a time like this, rather than leave, I will stay and speak my mind- whether or not that gets me banned.

I wan't even close to DeviantArt in those days... but then, I was 9 then, so that's excusable. Although I wish I had been, and I wish I'd gotten to know you better before this... 'thing' washed over deviantart. Your following (which numbers a great many - a lot of those whom I stalk here) seems very loyal to you and it is wrong to rip a creator from his creation, unless the creator is being destructive. But you weren't, all you've done is for the betterment of this community. You and matteo, by making this website and bringing your dream to life, have helped many artists' dreams come true.
I may not know you personally, but you've helped me progress with my art and even dive into poetry and literature, and for that there is nothing I can repay you. My art is what keeps me from depression because I can express my feelings here and have people comfort, sympathise, and just listen to me.
So I support you 100%

hehe the Christian approves. This whole thing almost has a bibical allusion to it... The Creator gives life to it all and the deceiver is one with the beautiful creation. The deceiver falls and stabs the Creator in the back. But this time the creator is kicked out of managing his own creation... How the crap does that work? jark needs a second coming to bring peace once again.

Using the bible as a tool for your own means to gain power is a sin, or if best destructive. Just go to court man. We're not your puppets and I find this deviation to be in very poor taste.

big ups to the one named jark..
before the birth of becoming a deviant i was a skinz.org user, for awile it was good.. i visited endeffect one day and came across a link to this thing called deviantart. when i loaded the page i came upon a nice looking creation and thought to myself "hmm i like the color scheme" but it wasnt until i started accually browsing the content that i got hooked. i believe from that point on i was hooked because of the "soul" (if you could call it that) of deviantart. one place i could feel at home and not have to live up to anyones standards. thus i became deviant, a deviant artist..holding on to no concepts but my own. i believe deviantart has changed my life just based on the fellow deviants ive connected with here. it is and hopefully always will be a part of my life. the devious spirt lives on in each of us. and with that i would like to thak the creators and say that its up to us to keep the devious spirit alive.
