In the beginning ...in memory of "yellow day" i tried to tone the background yellow-ish. alas, my PS skills are horrid!

I was wondering if anyone thought there should be a board of members, several well known members with a history of keeping cool with the administrative staff. That way the members have a strong voice with the admins in times like this one. I thought it might be a good idea, i just don't have any supporters of it
