Description
Oil on Canvas, 120cm X 90cm.First painting for the year.
Hooray.
It's a portrait of Marcy.
Been working on this forever. Maybe 150 hours..maybe more.
Here's some helpful WIP shots to give you all a sense of scale, and hopefully a sense that I really did have to paint the thing, starting with a white canvas...it was hard.

Oh, my goodness. This is simply spectacular...I spent a good five minutes staring. I liked the WIP pictures too, it's nice to sometimes get a look at the process on pieces like this.
