With it the ax can use ice in its attacks.

Able to freeze enemies with a single touch, launch waves of ice energy, and can be thrown and called back its users hand as well. But like the weapon name implies it has a berserk state where it be cover in blue ice, and can unleash the wrath of the world ending storm within it.
