Very nice work. This close-up in itself is very artistic/cinematic, looks like it could be from a movie . I've been seeing a lot of 3-D artwork using set models and whatnot but this is essentially what I wanna learn, to form a body/make a model, what program do you think is good for this for a beginner? Which do you use?

The main part was to modify a human 3d mesh as close as possible to the na'vi anatomical features. I needed some time to get the ligthing that way. And dont ask me about the render time. I shure dont mind!

My goodness that's amazing. Is he rigged with a skeleton? Have you done animation before? Because I could imagine how awesome it would look seeing this Avatar in motion!

It is a premodeled hair setup extendend with morphs and C4d deformers to make it fit exactly.
