Wasn't sure I was going to finish this before the new episode deadline! It's something many have asked for, a continuation of naterrang.deviantart.com/art/Cβ¦Daw, this comic ends on such a uncharacteristically happy note... don't worry there's more to come.
Here's hoping episode five will be a good one! Though to answer your questions, no. This doesn't really have anything to do with episode five or really any speculations in the series at this point. If there's any spoilers, it's purely coincidental.
Speaking of the number 5, back to Core of the Apple!

This is the best Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash comic out there!
I have waited for a comic that adresses it so directly that Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo are sisters since "Sleepless in Ponyville"!
Thanks for writing this, and I'm excited to see how it goes on and how Rainbow Dash teaches her to fly!
Just one question:
Is the Wonderbolt Academy different in your comic? Does Rainbow Dash have to stay there longer than a week, so long, that she must move to Cloudsdale again?
Is she really leaving Ponyville in your comic?

The whole 'Scootaloo has underdeveloped wings' as the reason she can't fly has been done to death, and honestly, it's complete bullshit. Her wings seem perfectly average for her size compared to everyone else in the show, and that's not even taking into account all the pegasi that fly despite ridiculously sized wings. I'm looking at you Snowflake/Roid Rage/Bulk Biceps. >_>

The fact that Scoot makes mention that her wings can't get her off the ground makes a physical limitation a possibility. If it makes you feel better you can always head-canon that the growth disorder relates to a magic gland or something.Β
