hi peter i love yr work but i cant get exact icons as yours and the worst part is tht windows blind dosent support xp so we cant make our destop like yours m unable to install it and it says xp not supported plz tell wht version u using
plz make a brief tutorial on windows blind to get yr pc's interface and lastly drive icons windows 8 doesn't work either vista drive icon uses default ones no matter what version u try plz update i would be very thankful to you.....

Sorry but i am a little bit confused. How did you get the idea that this has something to do with Windows Blinds? I never made something for it, and i never will.

The taskbar is made with SBar.. You can read it in the description above.

The drive icons cannot be changed while the prog is running. Look for it in taskmanager, kill the process.
Replace the icons and reboot. That's all.

I always use the GIMP for this. So i can only tell you how to do it with GIMP. Give it a try. It's free.
If you have Photoshop, i think it is very similar.

The setup file is compressed already. You cannot downsize it more. I tried it but no chance.Download it while you are sleeping. That's the way i made it in earlier toimes when my connection was slow.

PeterRollar I tried to change the login screen user picture with mine one by converting it to 32-bit BMP & added a layer into that with Paint.NET. but still its showing error "Value creation failed at Line 212". Please help me out how can I change that user picture with mine one.

Obviously you have not unchecked the adressbar and the standard navigation buttons. To remove the menubar look for the option to hide it in the options menu of Styler.

Oh that's easy. Rightclick in the toolbar area. Uncheck everything except Styler toolbar and lock the toolbars. That's all.

PeterRollar The Visual Style you have given in this deviation is an Aero style like windows 7 & not a windows 8. After installing it my task bar is much similar to windows 7 but not like the screenshot shown above.

There is no Aero style VS in this deviation. Don't know where you got it from. It is a light blue theme like the original Win8 ones. The taskbar of the screenshot shows the taskbar modified with SBar, which is included in the package.

Honestly nobody mentioned this til now. Try to reinstall VLC. It is my favorite media player, and i never faced something like that (Except BorderSkin)
