perhaps a bone might not be connected right. Try double checking the bones if they are corrected properly.Β

There's no need to give up. I know, I was confused to why it happened to me too. Perhaps you can just replace the hair entirely. Β

yeah, that's what i'm doing. tbh whenever i add bangs, the bones decide to screw up. ugh.

Maybe put that on separately. Save it off to the side and then add it to the model by dragging it on to the model.Β

I have a question. Does this also work for models with short hair?

I think it should. If it doesn't send me a screen shot and I'll try to guide you through it.

Excuse me, can you please tell me how to attach hair to a model?
I've tried it but the hair was stiff, then I tried doing what some of the other people do: leaving the hair on the head and simply saving, but then the hair just wouldn't follow the head.

Well how i fit my hair onto models is that first I edit the hair in one window. I clean the hair up of unwanted physics, bones, joints, ect then move it out of the center and somewhere off to the side. Then I open the model I want to add the hair to. First I save the hair then find it in the folder I saved it in. Next I drag and drop it onto the model. Since it is off to the side I select all the hair and it's layers plus it's bones joints and physics. Once I drag it onto the model and fit it, it should work. Your problem is that your hair probably isn't linked to the head bone. For the main hair bone, make the head bone it's parent or simply weigh the hair to the model. I am not all that good in explaining but I hope you can figure out from just what I have here. But if you need any further information. I'm happy to help. If it doesn't work. I'll fix it for you. Just send me a download link.

Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry for the late reply.
Thank you so much, RitaLeader14! I was able to figure out where I went wrong. I had realized I had weighed the hair to the wrong bone and fixed the problem.
Again, thanks so much. I really appreciate it.Β Β

Can u help fix self shadow problemΒ luke-flame.deviantart.com/art/β¦ that model has no self shadow, can u fix it???
π: 0 β©: 1
RitaLeader14 In reply to Sangabc [2015-07-23 06:20:32 +0000 UTC]
In PMX there should be a box that says "Self Sh" under "Drawing." Β Check the box for each layer or desired part you want. That should put self shadows to your models.Β
In PMD there is a box that says Outline/shadow. That also gives the model shadow and or outline.Β
This is just a guess but I hope it helps. I'm sorry if it doesn't.
