Description
As requested by , here is a tutorial on how to use fractals to create nebula wallpapers! Its the exact same technique that I used to create my Immerged [link] wallpaper.Download full-size for better quality.

Well I've looked in to it. And since Gimp is free I think I will use this technique! Thank you so much for this. It has helped me a lot ^_^

Very nice tutorial! Very well presented and I noticed you put a fractal as the background. I see that you specify
Apo 2.09 but any can work unless they have different values for the random batch.

Thanks! And yeah, I wrote 2.09 because its the latest version and I recommend people to get it.
Its also to prevent users using older versions to say "Ohh, this tutorial doesn't even work"

I don't think so. Check out the changelog on their site I think its just minor bug fixes.
