Before I say anything else, PLEASE DOWNLOAD FOR FULL VIEW!
Anyways, I present to you the 2013 version of my, yet another flawed and very inaccurate anatomy guide! XDD
I decided to make another version of the old anatomy guideline because I think it needs some changing. I would supposed to finish this a lot earlier ago, but I was busy with requests. ;w;
Take not that note everything in here has to be followed---I am still learning from real life, so you might as well do the same instead I'm still learning GAH
Critiques are deeply appreciated.
By the way, RDJ photo reference is found in google <3

Believe me, I am 99.9% sure this is inaccurate XD This is just some tips, and not the real thing, so better to learn from RL!

Thank you so much!
But please just a word of advice---as the title says, it is inaccurate, so it's better to learn more from real life instead of this too much.

Haha thanks! Actually, some people tell that it's actually 8 heads in general, but I prefer 7 heads tall since that's what majority says it is.

Thaaaaaaank you for the part about breasts. On most points of anatomy I prefer the exaggerated noodle-person style but for some reason people drawing a woman's chest perfectly big and round and up to their chin, while out of a bra, irks me to no end.

Haha you're welcome, and thank you!
haha I think it's okay for really cartoony styles to do that, but even cartoonists have to learn from real life.

Just a thought--if you know your tutorial is somewhat inaccurate, isn't it imprudent to make a tutorial that probably a good number of your followers will read and try to learn from? That's kind of like spreading false information. Some of this tutorial is sound, but your male and female are incredibly stiff and their proportions are wonky. I'd advise you to study and practice a bit more before trying to make a tutorial. Cartoons are okay, but real, basic anatomy should take precedent.

Conkeras In reply to CaptainSpaceFucker [2013-05-13 01:16:53 +0000 UTC]
agreed. If it's a tutorial, it's on a tutorial on how NOT to draw lol... The anatomy, like you said, needs a lot of work and it's an anatomy...tutorial...

stardazzle In reply to CaptainSpaceFucker [2013-05-12 08:43:43 +0000 UTC]
Well, I do know that my tutorial is very inaccurate from the start. Thank you for pointing that out, really. But I wouldn't claim everything in this tutorial to be true, lest I shouldn't call it a "not-so-accurate" tutorial in the first place if I was very sure of myself (which I'm not), that everything here is entirely wrong. I'm still practicing and learning, that I can tell.
But thanks anyway for taking the time to comment.

Heyo, just thought I'd make some tiny corrections. Breasts don't actually have muscle in them, just fat and milk ducts, but thank you for pointing out the beach ball thing that a lot of artists do xD
Also I think it'd be nice if you also included overweight and very skinny/small breasted girls, since you did for guys (well not the small breasted part haha). Nice tut though, I really like the way you draw faces!

stardazzle In reply to Parasols [2013-05-12 06:40:59 +0000 UTC]
What really?! >0< Then my biology teacher actually lied to me! XD
Thank you so much for pointing! To be honest, I'm still not very good at drawing over/underweight women, just average ones. Guys are easier to draw on that scale. But I'll keep that in mind.
Thank you again for the critique!

haha no problem ^^ I didn't know myself until I saw a diagram one day.
And that's understandable! Your anatomy looks really well constructed in general, so no worries there.
